3. What Design Scaling does, and who delivers the work

Design Scaling is a referral service. It presents the design subscription of one partner design studio, Design Elite, and forwards the requests sent through this site to it.

Design Scaling does not produce, sell or invoice any design work. Design Elite contacts you, scopes your needs, signs the subscription contract with you, delivers the work and invoices you, under its own terms of service, which it gives you before you commit.

Design Scaling is paid a referral fee by the partner studio. Sending a request is free for you, and the fee does not change the plan price you pay.

The plans, prices, turnaround times and inclusions shown on this site, including on the pricing page, are those of the partner studio. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

4. Requests sent through this site

Sending a form on this site does not create a contract or any obligation to buy. It asks Design Scaling to forward your request to its partner studio, Design Elite. Your request and contact details are sent to the studio so that it can reply, scope your plan and, if you go ahead, contract with you and deliver the work. The privacy policy explains what is shared, with whom and for how long.

5. Information on this site

The articles, guides and comparisons published here are general information about design costs and ways of working. They are not professional advice on your specific situation. Market figures are dated at the point of collection and should be checked again before you rely on them.

Turnaround times are averages and typical ranges for a first version once a request is briefed. They are not a guaranteed delivery date for a given request.

6. Intellectual property

The text, structure, layout and visual identity of this site belong to Julien Mouttet. The design work shown on this site was produced by the partner studio, Design Elite, for its own clients, and is shown with the studio's permission. It is not Design Scaling's work. Brand names, logos and marks visible in that work belong to their respective owners, are shown only to illustrate the studio's work, and do not imply that these brands endorse or use Design Scaling.

Any reproduction of the site's content without prior written permission is prohibited.

For work produced on a plan, the ownership of deliverables and source files is set out in the contract you sign with the partner studio.

This site links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
